Mabel's Story

Mabel's Gourmet Pralines, a southern, authentic delicacy made from a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. Great strides have been made to maintain its distinct quality and taste. In following the original recipe, which dates back to the early 1800's, we still use the finest ingredients and never use any artificial preservatives.

At the early age of 7 years old my mother taught me the art of making "the best pralines you'll ever taste". As a littel girl I was very proud to make something that other people enjoyed. In 2000, I decided to share my family's secret recipe with others. Today thousands of people have sampled and enjoyed our gourmet pralines.
